Sony VPCJ11M1E after 2/3 minutes crashes

That All in One Sony desktop pc after 2/3 minutes turned on crasches.
Frozen image, whitout any possibility to perform operations.
At the time of issue the CPU temperature was 49°C.

This is what i done without any success:

- Reinstalled SO
- Replace HDD
- Replaced RAM
- Reballed GPU and resoldered EC

Any other suggestion?
The motherboard is MBX-228

Maybe a chipset issue. Can you boot to a live CD like Hiren's Boot CD or a linux distribution and run some tests from there?
