VAIO-PCG7131M no power completely dead

Hello to every one. I need help with this sony vaio PCG 7131M with no power on AC power,no leds on , can't test battery ,it's drained I think...

So what I've discovered was this component at position PQ3 burning hot (coded on with N32GB) near battery connection ,and I can't find any reference on any SMD code chart about this thing....

Any help would be appreciated, and thanks in advance.

ok ...sorry...I also found this code on the board MBX-223 M971 Mdin board.I hope this will help.

from schematic, it is a P-Channel 30-V (D-S) MOSFET (SI2303BDS)

it is a part of short-circuit protection circuit.
