    dv6000 problem

    i have dv6000 that when push button to switch on for sec and switch off again someone can give help need reflow or what to check in motherboard

    Chances are it will need a reflow or better yet a reball of the gpu/mcp chip. Very common on that model and dv series

      and this can be too reflow problem becouse just one sec be on and off again so no fan and nothing

        yeah if its one of the ones with the chipset and gpu all in one it can give those symptoms. Had a similar on about 4-5 weeks ago but in a dv9000. tried a reflow and it worked so had it reballed and no problem since

          ok and client say that did reflow last time 6 month ago so again reflow i can try becouse reballing never did.

            reflow generally isnt a permanent fix reballing will fix permanently. The solder is bad under the chip and needs replacing
