This laptop will not power on .The keyboard indicator leds have 1 solid green and 2 flashing . I dont have a good battery to check if it would run on batterys.

You should be able to figure out the blink codes and what error they represent by just using Google or something...in the past I have found dell led blink codes to be well documented. -
