    Looking for paid help

Hey guys, i own a laptop/console repair company in Scotland, we are one of the only companies here that can do BGA reworks, we reball using a bird 5000.

The only thing thats left that we cannot do is diagnose and repair component level faults, i want to learn this so badly, i decent grasp of electronics, what im looking for is someone that can say test this, do this, this should read this and i will pay you per motherboard that i repair for your valuable info.

    The quicker the better

Paid for wrong boardview for Samsung Galaxy S7 (SM-G930F)
        by R7027
        Hello everyone,

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 (SM-G930F) that's not powering on, and I want to try to repair it. I'm not a repair professional and while I have learned quite a lot in the past two months when I started to learn and gather equipment, supplies and information, I still have plenty more to explore and much more to learn.

So I was looking for the boardview file for this phone the other day, and I thought found it on another site. I actually had to pay for it. I paid for both the BVR and the BVRE version. Then I found this site, and the same files can be downloaded...

a rare beast: The Scotland-made Ariston Integrated Amplifier.
        by rooprob
        Hi there

        Total noob here.
I have been hanging on to learn more about diagnosing and fixing amps, and watching a lot of youtube.

This one is the Ariston Integrated Amplifier. There's no model number.
        I didn't find many references online: https://www.worthpoint.com/worthoped...made-174132328.

I've owned this one for about 15 years. It was working fine, and was put away for a long time. Today the sound can be described as crunchy. You can clearly hear music, but it's very clipped and distorted.

        When...

LG 75UN8570AUD panel issue fixed with tape.
        by triplefour
I've been seeing a lot of the new TVs (samsung and LG only i think) maybe 1-2 years old suffering from sudden panel death and have been over 50% successful bringing them at least most of the way back to functionality if not all the way, with the tape masking of the LVDS pins method.
add this one to the list. the issue was on the left side of the panel and i ended up blocking just 3 pins on the connector that joins the two panel boards that make up the left side of the panel (it has 4 boards total) i didnt get the picture back to 100% perfect. i spent hours fiddling with which pins to block...

Possible to recover NM-E091 T14s/X13 Gen 3 (Intel) without the original BIOS?
        by ErParucca
Lenovo Thinkpad X13 Gen 3 model 21BQ, motherboard is NM-E091 (same as T14s Gen 3), schematics and boardview already shared here in other posts.

Long story short: got this laptop where the previous user tells me he had secure-boot locked but no supervisor password (which can be normal as secure boot enabled is a pre-requisite for other settings that he should have changed).

He messed up with the BIOS chip, broke the chip trying to clip it and removed it while in the process probably destroying/removing a few components (zoom in and see left outside the red box: looks like...
