It is not possible to take one macro picture of each side. The pcb is big and must take at least four pics of each side.

I will take some photos later today if this helps and upload them.

After i spend some time reading the schematic better i realized that PQ31 is the one in red circle at the attached photo below.
I am definitely 100% sure because pin number 4 of PU7 is connected with PQ31 pin number 2(GND) at schematic page 41

So With battery on i have only 3,3V at pin 1 of PQ31. 0 Volts at pin 3 output
Is this normal?

I found a diode burned near the 19V plug.
I hope this will solve the problem
See at the attached picture in red circle.

From the schematic i found that this is CH501H schottky diode 45V 0.1A.

Does anyone know what non surface mount component to use for replacement ?
I have fast access to many components but not smd and don't want to order it and wait a week or more

Sorry for late reply

I had also problem with ribbon cable of power button and FINALLY it arrived today!

Later today if i find the time i will post the results from the diode replacement.

Only thing i know for sure is that charging led does power on after diode replacement!

Hello, please check both sides for voltages in these 2 diodes!
Should have 19 Volts! Had 2 motherboards with the same fault!

i have the same problem (only jack light on , no power up , changed button and ribbon with no luck) , but the diodes seem ok.
BUT on the other side of these diodes the pcb gets hot , i guess is the square IC on the other side.
i also hear some tic-tic noise when i bring my ear VERY close to the pcb..

any ideas?

Where did you find the Schematic? I have the same mainboard with problems on it.

It had no +3.3V_ALWP and no +5V_ALWP. These rails are ok now afer replacing PU10, ISL6236I.
Both 32khz oscillators are running and the BIOS SPI is active but there is no other life signs.
No LEDs are lit and no response at all to the power button. SWI#1 does pull low when the power button is pressed.
I dont know which pin states on the EC are important for the power LED to light.

The tic-tic noise usually means that one of the Point Of Load buck regulators is trying to start with a short on its output.
