    Me clean with bios dump same like ME update?

    Hi,

    sometimes we need to clean the me of a bios dump. But isn't it the same when i do a ME Update from windows? There are updates files on most manufacturer pages.

          Me update firmware from manufacturer will only update the version of me firmware-its not going to clean it. Hope its clear to you.

                  Dear all,
                  I have a ASUS ZenBook UX480F with the following symptoms:



                  I suspect it is a BIOS issue. So I decided to try to clean the ME region. I followed the guide on win-raid, and I believe I have done everything correctly. My problem is: when I open the outimage.bin in ME Analyzer, it says that it is Extracted, and not Region, Extracted as it should be. Is it normal, or did I do something not correctly? This is my first experience editing BIOS files.

                  The Samsung S49CG934SU monitor does not power on - no LED indicator activity and no response to power button. However, when 21V power is connected, it immediately draws 0.8A of current with no display output. The motherboard processor gets warm, and there is continuous reading activity from the W25Q128BV BIOS chip.

                  Suspected Cause:
                  I suspect the BIOS may have been corrupted during a power interruption while updating the firmware. The official website provides firmware updates, but they can only be installed via USB flash drive.

                  Hi, I hope some one has some advice for me. I searched the forums but didn't see anything relevant. I acquired two identical Dell 9010 Mid Tower computers from a business office upgrade (they were going to throw them out). Both of them have the same motherboard (00F82W).                   I’m kindly requesting a clean and unlocked BIOS dump for the following HP laptop, as it’s bricked after flashing SP152727. The system now keeps rebooting, and the original issue was an Administrator / Power-On Password that I can no longer access.😏

                  Hi!
                  Went dumpster-diving and found a bricked Lenovo P14S in trash, few weeks earlier. Symptoms - no screen, no POST, no beep, just keyboard LEDs flashing on powerup. Mute button+LED was responding though, and the display self-test was still working (via the key combo Ctrl+Fn+Power held for some seconds, see the Service manual).

                  Incidentally, Windows 11 have recently started auto-flashing computer BIOS in our region. Even more suspiciously, Lenovo has released a BIOS update just few days before the PC was trashed. About a week later, the BIOS update image has been oficially marked...
