No Power DELL G15 5511

I have a power issue with a G15 5511 Laptop motherboard GDP50 LA-K452P Rev:1.0 (A00) it had no issue last I used it I powered it off normally. But now it doesn't give any signs of life. No charging lights no power cycling nothing I tried basic troubleshooting like removing battery and peripherals but without success, the original charger do not cut off when plugged so I assume there's no short-circuit.
There no voltage at bios chip the only voltage I'm finding is the main 19v and pass that there is nothing.

I would appreciate any helpif someone had experienced such behavior before.

You should give high definition pictures from all residtance from every Coil to ground and current residtor to ground. And voltages you have to ground (screw hole) , residtance meaduremen without power, battery and on scale 2000hms or 2k0hms if no reading om other wide k or M ohm report by the values. thank you for the reply in fact there is schematics and even a Board View on THIS THREAD as I said there no voltage past PQB11 and PQB12 and everything seems shorted to ground I will try to get a list of measurements and post feedback.
