bad P0903BEA mosfet compatibility

hi i have one question about mosfet
is it possible to change bad mosfet with other one from differente laptop !!!
or its recommanded to replace it with identicale mosfet
in my case i have bad P0903BEA mosfet

You can replace with other mosfet provided the specs are almost similar or higher.
