Hi, I don't know if anyone can help me.
I have an Acer SF315-41-R7X9 laptop, model with AMD Ryzen 5 2500 with the ram soldered on the board, which has a chip failure
I have seen on the forum that experts are capable of modifying the BIOS, so that the integrated RAM remains inactive and only uses the one that is placed in the expansion slot.
I have searched for this model on the forum and have not found any
I don't know if anyone could help me by making the modification, because although I have knowledge, I don't think I'll be able to do it myself, not even with explanations, because I think it must be very complex.
Official Bios:

Thanks for any answers there may be.
Greetings
