Dell 13 7359 not post, only led blink

Hi all,
I have here this laptop. When power button is pressed LED is blinking 2 amber and 5 white - problem with memory. And fan is running at full speed, CPU is hot little bit. I tried 3 different modules of DDR3L memory but problem persist. I tried 4gb and 8gb RAM. Slot looks fine.
1.xxV voltage on ram is present. No water damage.

Laptop model: p57g002
Motherboard: cottonwood mlk mb 14275-1 pwb : TFFRC

Any idea please?

Flash the bios chip with a work one back up the old bin

I tried flash both bios chips but nothing changed.

Is the fan is still on full speed ? If so find a working bin if not upload the old bin to bios section expert in bios will help you out

What voltages are missing on the big gray coils?

Fan is spinning fast, at same speed all time. After some time laptop turns off.
Exactly as before flashing bios.

Voltage is not present on PL4801 - blue mark on photo.
