HP Elitebook 840 G1 Delay Display After Power On

I have a problem with this laptop, HP Elitebook 840 G1 (intel only), the problem is when the power button is pressed, there is a long delay until the HP logo appears on the screen,

on my friend's laptop which is the same as mine, this doesn't happen

does this problem happen because of bios?

please help, what should i do

    Hello!

Reflash the BIOS chip with a cleaned ME-region.

So, open a new topic in "BIOS Requests ONLY!" department as suggested @Vesko356, upload your old (original) BIOS dump there and ask for cleaning the ME-region.
Also specify the motherboard marking code + marking of the CPU (marking SRxxx printed on the chip itself) for example as in the following picture.
