820-3332-A No boot

Hi gentlemens,

I have this mac.

Green and orange on adapter, fans turns on, no boot no chime.
On the back of the board i found signs of some liquid on U8900 (PPVCORE_S0_GFX_PH2 supplier).

After clean up i can see that some times i have 0.9v on L8930 and some times i don't.

When i dont have i can feel U1800 (PCH i guess) Getting very hot.

Can you point please me on how i can continue here ?

Does not look promising. Best to remove all power -> meter in resistance mode.

Measure the resistance to ground of this CPU power rail.
