Panasonic toughbook cf-h2 Mk1 no power, 3.3v-5v present but no 3v on bios chip

Hello, i have a Panasonic Toughbook Cf-H2 Mk1 that won't power on. The battery charge without problem but no response from the laptop when i press the power button.
I have disassemble and unpluged the cmos battery, same no power on on battery with and whitout the adapter, and only adapter
I have check the voltage i have the main power rail ( +-16v normal for toughbook it's not 19v). I have on the coil after power management chip 3.3v and 5v.
I have check the 3.3v on the power button ribbon cable attach to the motherboard and the voltage go to 0v when i press the button. So no problem on the button i think.
After that i have check the voltage on the bios chip and no voltage at all (only 10mv on 3,5,7 but same with ac adapter remove)
For what i know the 3.3v is getting by bios chip from the 3.3v always, maybe with a resistor between but i have no schematics to trace the voltage.
If anyone have an idee to help me.
    Thanks.

Most often the 3.3V for the BIOS chip comes from a load-switch which needs its own enable later in the sequence. So the board might by simply stuck even earlier in the sequence.
Detailed inspection of all secondary power rails necessary,.voltages and resistances. Also a schematics would clarify this instantly. Dunno whether there is something available.

Ok thanks, in my mind the bios received the 3.3v directly. I have check with thermal cam, no hot spot. And whitout schematics hard to trace the volatge and check the resistance. I have ask the schematics in the apropriate section.

So after more research i apply 1v 0.3a on the bios 3v leg and found the smsc chip model mec1609 goes hot on thermal cam. So i think this chip is dead but i have no tools to program a new one so i stop now and start to search a motherboard to repair the laptop. Thanks anyway.

Panasonic Toughbook CF-33 mk1 BIOS repair
          by aa10aa10
          Good day,

I have tried to remove BIOS supervisor password from Panasonic Toughbook CF-33 mk1. Model number CF-33AENABTG, unfortunately I don't have any other info.

I read the BIOS using afuwin, edited it and tried to flash new edited BIOS using afuwin. Unsuccessfully. Afuwin showed "Error: Problem erasing flash." starting with 0x00040000 and stoped. Then I tried many other options to flash BIOS from Windows without any luck. Finally i rebooted the device - and no post. Afterwards I have read the corrupted bios chip (MX25L12873F) using EZP2010 programmer....

Panasonic toughbook CF-19 help connect the HDD directly. Need a SATA pinout.
          by AquaMan Ua
Hello, dear community. NEED A DIAGRAM of the HDD/SSD connector contacts as an example (a screenshot from the diagram of another laptop on which I have already done this and a photo of the patient's board) Maybe someone can make a screenshot of the diagram with the pinout? Or does someone have a diagram of the motherboard schematic?

I am asking, because not find the information myself anywhere. I have a PANASONIC CF19 MK2 laptop (Any revision will do, I do not think that the contacts in the connector are located differently) but finding a basket for it at reasonable prices is a problem....

Panasonic FZ-55 Toughbook main board schematic request
          by David Smedley
I've been working on this awful project with a Panasonic FZ-55, basically I'm trying to intercept the eDP signal from the main board, and replace it with my own eDP signal connected from an lcd driver. The problem is, for some reason the 30 pin ribbon pinout is really unusual and not playing nice with my LCD controller. Long story short, I managed to fuck up my board and pull off some pads on the eDP out port, I'm hoping to find either another eDP out source somewhere else on the laptop, or figure out this goddamn pin layout so I can just replace the whole native display complex with my controller...
