HP LA-A994P no 3=5valw

Hi

3valw rail has 10 Ohms only
1v0 rail has 1 Ohm
LDO 3 abd 5 present, byt not receive EC_ON from IO chip.
When I bring 3v to enable pin I get all always rails but draws 350mA ...
Any tips?

Thx. Not exactly sure about the EC_ON signal. Can be some kind of protection triggered or the controller has simply died. Either way, 3.3V and 1.05V in short is worst case scenario.
