Hello i have this schematic and 3.3V_MSource is a S5 Tension with AC conect.

But i not have this +3.3V_M in Q58.

I analyse and in R917 i have 19V but just in one side in pin 1, why??

If the schematic is posted on the forum post a link to it.If the schematic is not posted already then please make a new thread in the schematic requests section and post it ,then post a link to it from this thread.
It would be more than helpful if we knew what the motherboard model number is

      Re: 3.3V_M Source

Q306 is N channel mosfet with 6 legs.If the gate pin2 is high at 3.3V, then ground from pin1 will reach to pin6 blocking the 3V from R918. This will make pin5(gate) low and so ground from pin4 wont reach pin 3 and thus allow 19V to reach pin3 of Q58. So measuremnt on pin2 and 5 seems contradictory. If the measurements are correct, remove Q306 and power again and see if 19V reaches Q58,pin3.(Yes, you can power on without Q306 safely).
