Asus Vivobook K513E Intel I5 11th gen 16Gb ram

Hi,

This laptop has multiple BSOD.

Stop code :
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
CACHE_MANAGER
DRIVER_OVERRAN_STACK_BUFFER
RESOURCE_NOT_OWNED
CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT

The motherboard has 8gb ram on-board and an additional card 8gb
Te storage is an NVME 512gb already tested on other laptop
What I did :
- reinstall windows 10
- tested without 8gb ram card
memory passed successfully Memtest86 , boot from usb stick
First test with 8gb memory card installed ~ 3 hours :o
Second test without 8gb memory card ~ 3 hours :o

Later, I tried to install Win10 on another SSD and its coming with this error.
WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR
One strange thing I noticed : connected to power supply the current is 3A almost all the time until the battery rich 85% when is going down to 2A. Fully charged takes 1A

How to test the processor from a bootable device, not on windows os ?

try to disable cpu cores in bios if u can, i got recently one laptop working with one core disabled and symptoms were random bsods when entering windows or windows installation

I don't see any options to disable CPU cores

you have to find key combination or flash unlocked bios to unlock all bios options
