Just a PSA as this seems to be a common issue with this board.
Model was a HP 14-ce3510sa fitted with a DA0G7AMB6D0 Rev C motherboard. Symptoms are powering on, but no display. Noted when battery removed and powered, was not going through a CMOS reset sequence. Fan just stays on and power button remains lit. No CAPS lock blinking or any other LED notification present. Another DIMM same result, dumped BIOS and looked fine through UEFItool.
So close examination of the DDR4 DIMM slot showed the pins at either end of the inner row moving. These correspond to pins 1, 257 and 259 (GND, +2.5VSUS). Resoldering these pins resolved the problem and it did its CMOS reset etc and booted. I soldered the entire inner row, but I think it only needs to the end pins done to fix. Must be a board flexion problem I guess.
