The history behind this PC is... it has passed through many hands trying to repair it
The back story the screen was flickering and someone before me changed the screen, it apparently worked then went back to flickering then eventually stopped powering on.
I used a thermal camera to find out what gets hot. The area registered 40+ °C simply by plugging in the charger. I used freeze spray to isolate, which lead to 1285B

I do not have the schematics or board view but requested it
I don't see any part physically damaged so far should I take the gamble and change it?
