iPad Pro 12.9 2nd Gen A1671 - 1mA No Power, No Charge

Hi all,

I have a 2nd generation iPad Pro 12.9" Model number A1671. I don't usually work on these, but I suppose today is the day I start. Apologies for any ignorance on tablet matters. On Type-C to USB amp meter, showing 5v @ 1mA
(0.005W) then instantly to 0mA back and forth. Power draw is the same with and without screen and with and without battery connected. Of course, not enough current for anything to show on thermal camera.

I can't find any boardview and I'm not certain it even exists. Probing coils on top side of board reveals no voltage present anywhere. Port appears clean and unobstructed. Tried multiple chargers, cables, etc.

Any ideas?
