Caterpillar T20 - wont turn on

Hello,
my CAT t20 tablet wont turn on. It was in drawer for half a year.

Now cant turn it on. Charger have 5,3V. It was plugged in for 24h and nothing.

I open it and meassure there like on attached pics. If i unplugg the battery and connect charger nothing.

What to look

It appears that the battery is dead and unable to charge to the ratings on its package.

Source a fresh known good battery and test again.

Not sure if this design should function without the battery or not.

I unplug the battery and want to turn on, obviously wont operate without battery.

I check on net for new battery, i dont find any of the website to buy new one ��

You can contact your local Caterpillar office for parts. That is the best option for the replacement battery.

Where are you located?

I believe their HQ is around Chicago area in the US. We have done some design work for them in the past for their production lines.
