Dell Precision 7520: TPM alert after Bios update

I updated my Bios to newest (1.28.0) from dell website. After update on every start this message appears:

"alert: tpm device is not detected"

I tried to downgrade to older Bios, but still this message.
I removed power cable, battery and Bios battery, even over night. Still same error.

Any ideas?

reset bios security settings and load setup defaults maybe. is the tpm chip detected in windows? try to update the tpm firmware itself. otherwise you have to disable the component in the bios settings or look for the issue on the board via measurements.

Security settings are resettet. Bios too. TPM is not detected in Bios. TPM firmware failed, because TMP is not detected.

try to clear the bios me, maybe it helps (ask in bios forum). good luck!
