A1278 no green light

I have an A1278 820-3115-B that has no power.
I don't get green light

I have 3.4V on PP3V42_G3H
3.4V on SMC_BC_ACOK_VCC
2.36 on SMC_BC_ACOK


U6900:
2.93 V Sys_onewire
2.90 Adapter sense
3.4V SMC_BC_ACOK_VCC
Any one help

same problem, the mac doesn't turn on, no light and sys_onwire 2.80v, and adapter sense 2.80 if I remove u6900 it goes up to 3.4v sys onewire and 0.7 V adapter sense It's possible that the u6900 is faulty, I don't have a compatible replacement

if I remove u 6900 SYS_ONEWIRE goes up to 3.4 v ADAPTER_SENSE 0.8v

suggestions?
