It is PU31 in the boardview file here (last post):

Symbol on part = AOSMD is the manufacturer.

Schematic has a different device at PU31.

The footprint looks like its QFN-23L or QFN-22L. Could you post a picture of the chip pins. If it has all pins its 23L if one is missing on the top row its 22L , it will help to narrow down the search.
