Oh man, I used to know these right off top of my head, but I can't remember almost any of them now.

If I remember correctly (or anything at all!), 0023 is RAM-related. Means either bad memory chip or bad connection from GPU to memory (most likely the latter case).

On the other hand, this site suggests Southbridge or ANA/HANA related issue. Personally, I've never seen issues with the old ANA chips (the ones with pins on the side). And the only HANA-related failures I've seen were no power at all (Xbox acting completely dead) and successful boot (going by Xbox 360 front lights) but not video at all. So I don't think it would be the ANA/HANA.

Southbridge... I've rarely seen issues with that one. Really, 99% of the time, it's the GPU chip. A reflow does have a good chance of bringing back the console back to life. But don't expect that repair to last, regardless if you reflow or reball the GPU. It's the GPU itself that fails most of the time. Really, the main problem is heat on these Xbox 360's. The more "proper" solution is to remove the DVD drive and install a CPU-style heatsink on the GPU and sped up the fans. Then it might actually have a chance at lasting some time.

      Thanks for your replay.
I will do a reflow as a reball will do no change. it doesnt matter how long it will last

I can't say for sure, as this will depend on how popular (or not) these consoles are in your region.

Here, I still see people trying to sell them for $20-30 with controllers and a few games on the side, included. But often, it's not hard to find one even for free or less than $10. So a more rare model like yours may not earn you that much more. But you can always try starting the price a little higher and then lowering it over the course of a few months until it sells. Check your local classifieds and see if there are any other offerings to give you an idea of how to price yours. Most likely, anything over $40 will not sell - at least here where I live.

Firstly I am not a tech. You guys may see mistakes or oversights in my methods so don't be bashful and feel free to post corrections/opinions.

            =>Background:
I bought my son a used Xbox One original model: A12-220N1A Rev: 02 with original PSU & 2 controllers 7 years ago. I “modded” the unit placing a 4.5” 12V exhaust fan with a 9v wall wart adapter on top of the vent/fan of the unit. And plugged the Xbox PSU into a Tripplite LTR-600 voltage regulator. Also connected to the Tripplite are a 275w computer tower, an Xbox 360 PSU and a Westinghouse 52” LED TV. ...

Xbox 360 Xenon Modern Capacitor Replacements
            by burom
I found my old Xbox 360 in storage and opened it up to see if there was anything that broke since it was built in 2006 (launch era Xenon revision, never red ringed, never been serviced) and didn't want to find out by releasing magic smoke. Upon moving the dust bunnies out of the way I was greeted by a bunch of capacitors with crud coming out of the top; it doesn't seem to have leaked onto the board so at least I have that going for me.

I'm posting here because I want to try to source replacement caps myself from Mouser or Digikey instead of braving eBay or waiting for places to have...

            Xbox One S - 12V Rail Short - Q9F1 Keeps Blowing
            by grimacelord
            Hello,

Have an Xbox One S here that has a short on the 12V power rail. There is no power, beep, or partial fan spin when connecting power cable.

After diagnosing with thermal camera, Q9F1 MOSFET (NTTFS4C50N) is getting hot. When I remove this MOSFET, the short on the 12V rail disappears.

I first replaced Q9F1 with one from a donor board and then partially reassembled the Xbox to test. When I plugged the power cord in, I got a partial fan spin and I thought I had fixed it, but unfortunately, the Xbox still did not power on. So I then disassembled the Xbox...
