PS5 EDM031 no power, no lights, boot sequence seemse good

Got in repair PS5 with EDM-031 PCB. Console dont give any light or beep sound. I checked coils no shorts at all, CPU 1V rail measure at about 0.3ohm is it good? All standby voltages are present. Board take at beggining abou 320mA and then goes to 8mA. Checked bios seems good by reading from logic analazyer. Also try uart code but they gives any HIGH errors. Do its possible that is caused by Southbridge or SSD controller?

0.3ohm on 1V is good. Did you check the power switch board (voltage, shorts, flex cable etc.)?

Yes, no shorts but i measuerd some extra standby voltages and i got nothing, even for part of second on HDMI decoder, so i asume the problem is southbridge, ordered, will replace and give an info.

Nintendo Switch Oled HEG-001: Second-Stage Boot Failure
        by privato89
        Hello everyone,

I'm facing an issue with a HEG-001 motherboard that is unable to complete the Second-Stage Boot. I'd like to start directly with my conclusion, which is the decision to replace the MAX77621AEWI chip, and understand if it could be a correct evaluation.

Before I dive into the process that led me to this decision, I want to mention that I have a fully equipped lab where I can perform any kind of tests.

        Let's begin:

Following some guides online, I tried to understand how the Boot phase of the Nintendo Switch works, and what are the...

Xiaomi router freezes at boot after re-capping
        by hinisa
I'm using Xiaomi Router 4A gigabit edition as wireless repeater. It worked fine for 2 years or so, but last week, wireless started to disappear.

When I unplug/replug the power, it was working fine for a day/half a day or so until it freezes again.

After testing with different power supply adapters and concluding it wasn't the issue I finally opened the case and this was the situation:

Anyway I proceed to clean up the mess and replace all caps but unfortunately it made the situation worse. Now router can't even boot, either it freezes during...

        HELP! A1398 Dead,
        by Fam787
I bought a second hand Mid 2014 A1398 MacBook Pro when I lived in Australia. I'd bought it as a back-up machine because I had a Mid 2014 MacBook Pro, and realising it might one day fail, I wanted a backup machine because I don't like change.

Two weeks after buying MBP2, the seller called me to check if everything was OK with the unit, which I thought was odd. At that stage I might have turned it on a couple of times, but I'd not used it when he'd called. Over the last few years I used the machine seldomly because my original mac has been pretty OK. Every 3-6 months I'd charge it...

ASUS PD551LA REV2.0 not booting after one week power off
        by megcox
        Hi everybody
My ASUS PD551LA (REV 2.0), after a week powered off with power adapter disconnected, is not booting anymore.
If I plug the adapter, the battery is charging, the power led lights but after pressing the power button there is no sign of life.

I've found the Boardview file of the motherboard and the schematic of PU551JA (that looks 99% compatible).

I've disconnected the battery and all devices except screen (I removed also the RTC battery, hope it's not a problem at this stage...) and checked all signals and power rails involved in the power on s...
