Is it possible to replace the internal SSD in the Series X|S? The SSD is dead and I cant extract the boot partition. Can I use a donor partition?

and it's not the boot partition that you needed, i think it's the 3rd that has the console encryption keys

Good morning guys,
I am resuming an old service on an Xbox X Series that I really want to repair. I summarise what has been done because I can't find my previous post.
The Xbox initially did not turn on, no LED, no beep. Found short circuit on the 12V connector on the bottom board. Injecting 1.5V on the positive side of one of the shorted capacitors to find with the thermal camera which capacitor was shorted, no gave me useful information. The board draws 2.80A (1.5V), but from the thermal camera images I don't see any component getting hot.

I'm middle of doing this console and just wanted to ask about a component if someone seen one of these.It looks like a fuse or a coil but I measure nothing no resistance or anything.It's related to the hdmi section and connects ground to an ic.I'm a bit confused at this point.Anyone can confirm what it is?Please only need advice from who actually worked with one of these.Thanks05-02-2024, 10:03 AM
