Hi, I have a PS4 Slim that shows no power after I tried to enable UART.
Before this it was working fine except for the disc drive.
I removed the NOR flash, patched the dump to enable UART and put it back on the motherboard.
After this process the PS4 acts like there's no power. I tried the power button, inserting a disc and using the joypad. No beeps/no leds.
It was my first time attempting this so I'm afraid I broke something on the motherboard while using the hot air station, but I can't see any obvious problem or missing component.
What else should I check?
Thank you!

- I checked the caps around the flash for shorts to ground and they look good
- 12v, 5v rails are not shorted to ground
- NOR VCC not shorted to ground
- PSU is working fine in another console
- NOR flash is still good, I desoldered it again and was able to read its content
- Writing back the original NOR flash dump didn't fix the issue
What else should I check?
Thank you!
