Firstly, Did the PC do this straight out of the box??

Or did you attempt to update or modify the BIOS then get this error??

New HP desktops have a self repairing BIOS. It keeps 2 copies the Picture shows the HP initiating self repair which is copying the protected BIOS over to the operational BIOS. This process could take several hours and should not be interrupted.

I don't know. machine for repair

It's a new machine. I created a usb recovery bios from the official hp site. the message persists. I unsoldered the bios ic and I programmed them with another bin file from the same motherboard but still the same message

Not working yours sn no. anyhow configured working bios directly extracted from hp site
here (matching with yours Bios ID)

EC . дамп слитый с uh2 прилогаю. все сигналы поднимаются на секунды. кроме +VCCIN..\\ ЭТОТ СИГНАЛ ЕСТЬ НА СЕКУНДУ +VCCIN_AUX 1.8v/ проц i9

слутый дамп плилагаю... bios uh2/ 32mb.
