Asus VivoStick TS10 - no picture

    Hi friends.
I've got uncommon PC to fix from friend - Asus VivoStick PC TS10. PC has no picture after automatic windows update ( PC was tuned off normally ).
Everything looks fine to me ( 5V on USB ports, new CMOS battery, power button works fine, cpu is warming, 100mA power consumption when turned on ), so first thing I did was flashing new BIOS from official support. It didn't help, same behaviour. But original dump looked completely different to a new one ( even to older ones from official site ), and was shorter a bit.
Can someone of you take a look on the binaries, if it is OK? Or if it is even BIOS related issue? The biggest help to me would be of course BIOS dump from someone with the same device. Thanks in advance.

Thank you a lot, peste. I did stupid mistake, flash that CAP file directly. Didn't know, it has to be extracted.
Everything works now, after few restarts, thank you a lot.

ASUS ZenBook UX480F : need help with cleaning the ME region of my BIOS dump
        by mkdj
        Dear all,
I have a ASUS ZenBook UX480F with the following symptoms:

I suspect it is a BIOS issue. So I decided to try to clean the ME region. I followed the guide on win-raid, and I believe I have done everything correctly. My problem is: when I open the outimage.bin in ME Analyzer, it says that it is Extracted, and not Region, Extracted as it should be. Is it normal, or did I do something not correctly? This is my first experience editing BIOS files.

I would appreciate if someone could take time to explain the issue, so that I can learn. But I would...

Need real mobo dump of BIOS v402 for ASUS PRIME Z590-A - stock image no help
        by DynaxSC
        Hi,

I have a serious problem to program the Z590 chipset SRAM with a Management Engine after replacing the chipset.
The new chipset is factory new and is not containing any Management Engine. Any attempts to program it into the chipset under Windows ends with a failure (eg. Error 20: Management Engine Device not present, or something similar).
Due to the lack of the ME several ports on the board, including all M.2 ports aren't working, booting OS works only on USB. So it's now other way, as to program the chipset with a ME.

Usually on ASUS boards it worked...

Request HP Proliant Microserver Gen 8 (J06) BIOS dump to restore system firmware
        by Ahari
        Hi all,

This is my first post here (I am very new to forums!) and I hope someone can help. I am looking for a full dump of the BIOS of a HP Proliant Microserver Gen 8 so that I can get this mini server running again. (BIOS version J06 2019-04-04, chip 25Q064A). I think my board was partially bricked after a failed BIOS update.

I got it second hand in this state and all the normal attempts at bios restoration have not worked. I have even desoldered the chip and tried to load the actual BIOS from HP, but it is missing some parts needed to boot the system.

        I...

        ASUS TP500LA BIOS request/repair/merge?
        by jbonavita
Hi, my laptop wont boot at all
With original bios no POST, only LED lights
With alternative BIOS from model TP500LN (flashed via programmer) the notebook works again
        Some issues
        A- with bios from 500LN, it won't update from bios of model 500LA (from 500LN v203 to 500LA v300)
B- If updated from 500LN version 203 to 300, the battery stops being recognized

        Things I tried

1- Update / clear ME: Took the non working bios, made a backup, and did this: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...theory/trouble...
