Did you manage to find the bios? I have the same machine, all voltages are good but no picture, it restarts cyclically. -
I am attaching the original BIOS with a clean TXE-region for the SR1UT processor.
If the CPU on the board is replaced with the SR3V5 model (newer version, stepping D1), the BIOS with the appropriate microcode must be uploaded. Without this change, your computer will run very slowly.Comment

I’m currently working on a dead MSI GP75 Leopard (MS-17E71) motherboard (i7 CPU, NVIDIA GPU) with a no display/no backlight issue initially. After extensive investigation, I’m at a critical stage involving EC firmware, BIOS/ME region interaction, and possible deep corruption. I'm seeking advanced insight from anyone with experience in EC/BIOS sync issues or PCH-level behavior. Here’s a full breakdown:
🧩 Initial Issue- Board powers on (fans spin, keyboard lights up and can be adjusted, caps lock led lights), but no display or backlight

Hi, I have an MSI PRO B660M-G DDR4 board with damaged BIOS and i need a bios dump from a real board, along with MAC, UUID and Serial Number info (eg. a BIOS screenshot and pictures from the board stickers).
I need to reconstruct the bios on my board, based on another bios image form a real board - meaning a bios image containing MAC address, UUID and Serial number. A stock BIOS is not suffiecient, as it is impossible to discover where the MAC, UUID and SerialNumber are stored. Hi Guys,
Looking for some help with an HP Elite Dragonfly.
The customer explained it was updating the BIOS, the flashing completed, but afterwards the laptop wouldn’t power back on.- The laptop has no power but does take the correct voltage.
- It shows 5 flashes white/amber, which indicates a BIOS issue.
- I backed up the original BIOS to extract the feature byte etc.
- I then flashed the BIOS with a clean version from HP’s website, but the laptop still gives 5 white/amber flashes.
Just wanted to pick your brains on this — has anyone come across this before or...
