dell optiplex 790 bios file

I received three of Dell optiplex 790 desktop pc.no power on problem, some one has blinking amber light,I, tested power supply and reset bios, memory , cpu, all is ok. i could not find any defective parts. CAPS also good . anyone has dell expirens person give me idea for serviceing tips .

check for KZG caps.

also, it could be a bad processor. rare, but possible

In my dell 790 board two bios chips, So I want to know that should I have to flash both chips or just one? And 2nd one automatically copies it from 1st bios chip? Thanks

post both backup copies of the bios ..

Don't have it just .exe file bios ver A22........... I'm asking should I have to flash both chips or just one

Post your programmer model and software version and part numbers on both bios chips.
