Here Is My Motherboard Bios Backup... I Dont Know if it currupted or not But No Internal Display. Only External display Works Fine Via HDMI...I Attached My Motherboard IC,s Images Also...

The bios should be 8MB ,look again for another chip.The issue isn`t with the bios anyway,more likely a hardware problem.

Thanks for the reply... But its not a main or ec bios...its lenovo all in one desktop internal display mainboard chip bios...I programmed main and ec bios and its working fine...
I just want to program this display chip uma bios before try to diagnose display hardware related issue...

And main and ec bios chip size is soic-8 200mil...
Display chip bios chip size is soic-8 150mil...
"JSCASPI"Marking chip storage size is 256kb.I google it using its part number and they show its maximum capacity is 256kb so i backup this chip using its chip number using cih programmer and uploaded here ..
