You either need ereplogo.efi or customapplogo.efi. Start up efi shell and write:

ereplogo.efi /e
customlogoapp.efi -e

I don't know where I got them, you would need to Google. Gave you a big hint already, I didn't even have that when I needed these.

I can't upload them right now because I don't have them in my computer right now.
