                    The bios was extracted from the hp bios update so it should be ok.

                    Unplug keyboards,mice everything, check power adapter: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/bph07107

                          hi i just receive SVOD3 programmer but i have only keyboard ribbon strips for laptop .. all in one have no keyboard cable

                            I believe the beeps your suffering from are not bios related, more likely power or keyboard (dongle). Some HP AIO's can be very picky about the PSU.

                                  AIO It gives an image to the external screen from HDMI, but not to its own screen display.
                                  GPU chipset changed, but no display... 25q16bv bios dump available?

                                      AIO displays the external screen from HDMI, if the hdmi is not connected, it gives 3 long 3 short beeps.. but it does not display its own screen.
                                      GPU chipset changed, but there is no image on its own screen... it displays from hdmi to external monitor. Is there a 25q16bv bios dump available? Is the rtd2525a display controller broken or does it need bios software?

                                        3 long beeps and 4 short beeps means that a smaller power supply is used, try connecting a 150-180W power supply
