dell inspiron one 2330 aio turn on but no display on the screen. only the selection menu (hdmi vga computer composite) appear and do a scan.
I flashed the 03 bios (main+ec+vga board) downloaded on badcaps but no change

I tell you my situation

the equipment turned on and stayed on, it did not give anything from POST, only the video input selection, I saw that some turned them on and off, but in this case it only turned on and did not emit any beeps, use the pinout that is previously published

Just delt with one like that. Was the bios. I used a volt meter to figure out the header under the chips and used a cheep programmer off of ebay. The system would power on and display nothing or would get into a power cycling fest. After updateing the bios it beeped an error, i held the power button down till it turned off and next turn on it worked.
The bios was found on "a Russian site" according to co-worker but couldnt retrace. I have included pictures of the pin out and the programmer connected.
