I tried the one you maked , the problem i think is not working at all is because this one is the first dump , the one with no display. Still no display with the me_clean.
Can you clean_me the one i tried and has image but has 60 sec delay ?

Solved.
I managed to take the me_region from your bios and put it in the one with delay. made the new bios file.
Everything works.
