    Schematic Boardview MS-7E06

    Hello dear forum participants,

    I am looking for the board MSI Z790-p wifi (ms-7E06 V.: 2.1)
    the schematic and boardview.
To the right of the USB port front header jusb4 connector on the mainboard a Schottky diode/MOSFET is defective and I would like to find out the exact designation and values.
I found a Boardview from a MS-7D25 wich is similar. But i m not shure it is a n7002, Part Number on board Q17 there.

    Best regards

PS: only the black cover seem to be broken, the contacts underneath seem ok. Can this be measured?

    Hello everyone,

I just found out that it is a 2n7002 mosfet.
However, I found this chip from many manufacturers (Hottech, Onsemi, NXP, Diodes Incorporated, etc...) with different values.
Which (manufacturers) are preferably installed on MSI boards and which one can I use, because of different values?

I have attached a picture because I don't know if I am allowed to insert a link from the company Reichelt!
    Which one would you recommend?

    Best regards

If anyone could help me find the correct chip, I would be so pleased. I'm still stuck on it. A boardview or schematic would also help me a lot.
      Best regards

Each is compatible but if purchasing a new batch, select a brand name so you can support the higher current. That is, Onsemi has the ability to switch higher currents than Hottech but you may pay a few usd pennies more the component.

          Hello mon2.

Thank you very much for your reply.

Have you seen the different values in the comparison in my other thread from today? A lot of the data is different there. That makes me unsure.

Could I desolder a 702 from another msi board and solder it into said board or is that too much stress for the chip and better to buy a new one and solder it in?

          Best regards.

I have a few caps around the Nuvoton NCT6687D chip that are missing and I need to identify those
            Thanks!
