thank you but when I wanna open this file in fit it gave an error
lol, why opening ME firmware with FIT? Open your bios backup, decompose it, save, replace ME Sub Partition with ME firmware hoaca388 provided you, rename it as ME Sub Partition, load saved config and hit Bulid tab! Read guide about how to use FIT!

that means you messed up with Bios_Region, you just had to replace ME Sub Partition with ME Fw provided. There's no "different method" it's the same as the older models only you can't skip generating intermediate files.

optiplex 7000 has 2 bios chipsets, you have to merge files to get full bios.

but the problem is that this is EC bin, I didn't touch the main bios bin because I wanted to remove the bios password. problem is that I missed the EC bios bin and mistakenly I programmed another machine's EC bios bin into another one without taking backup. after programming machine started to spin so fast and gave me three amber and six white led cod that showed bios file was not correct. one professional guy told me if you can clean me region in EC bion maybe the problem will solve

just post both backups along with serial no. , you have no clue what bios wants from you. That one trying to fix half of bios with FIT is EPIC!

There are 2 bios versions for your laptop, try them both. Check bottom label for model, EVT_X02_CHPB_64 is for models 0AC2,0ACC and EVT_X02_64 is for models 0AC2,0ACC. Write both chipsets.

I tried one and the computer booted (before it would have no video and a high speed fan) but the BIOS says "Unidentified System" where the model should go.
Mine is the DDR5 with a full sized - standard dell charger
I think there's a DDR4 variant also.
Edit: I tested both variants and in both it says "Unidentified System"
Edit: After updating to the latest BIOS, and pressing Alt + F on boot, I got the menu to select between the Regular Optiplex 7000 Alder Lake or the China Version with HDD Protection.

Try with a different programmer. I flashed the CHPB Variant and it let me update the bios & firmware to the latest version using the RCV file.
I only have one problem where the power on light doesn't stay on. It only turns on when I press the button to power the machine on, but the lights remain off.
could somebody do me a favour and tell me if we copy both EC and Main bios from one OptiPlex 7000 micro to another one, second pc should work or not.my knowledge is not enough about this

it might not work, you need to clear the "ME region" of the bios..because it needs to pair with the PCH...and the DMI information needs to be passed from one bios to another...
