I unlocked by myself after searching this forum! Changed two of 00 FC AA to 00 FC 00 and wrote the BIOS and the password is gone.

the problem is that I unlock bios password from other machine and problem solved but when I try to program that ec bin into another machine second one just start and fan spin after some restart it gave a 2 amber and 6 white led blinking, I will be so grateful if anybody can help me this problem. pc is 12 gen

Didn`t you make a backup of the 2nd PC bios before flashing the one from the 1st PC. Did that also have a password or some other problem.

Unfortunately, I forgot to take a backup because it was the first time I understood that I can't copy one Ec file in a Dell laptop to another machine. I am using EC bios in an older generation, but for 12 gen it was new for me.
I think that if I clean ME for EC bin maybe the problem will be solved
