No. Dump is a locked bios file in your machine.
You need an SPI programmer to get it out.
For example CH341A programmer (this is the cheapest programmer)

Hello, I have an old Dell G3 3579 (ST: 2WQ7LP2-8FC8) with a newer 8FC8 BIOS password. I have successfully attached to the flash chip (W25Q128JVSQ) on the motherboard with a CH341A programmer and made several modifications using Intel FIT (e.g., allow software SPI write) without bricking. I was also able to boot to a modified GRUB shell where I attempted to edit many BIOS security related options like BIOS Guard/Lock, Flash Signature Override, ME FW Image Re-Flash, etc.
Unfortunately, some of these modifications like to Intel BIOS Guard failed because it is fused into the PCH. Also,... -

I currently have a Dell Optiplex Micro 7000 12th Gen CPU that has a bios password on it and am trying to remove. I'm asking for the info on the best possible way to do so. I have tried to used Badcaps Patcher which indicates hex pattern not recognized. Dell Bios Tools patcher also says the intel signature is not found. Any resources to look at for this would be appreciated . Thank you for your info and time.

Hello I have a dell optiplex SFF plus 7020 with a password that I recovered from e-waste. It is possible to get the password removed via the bios patch method? I managed to dump the 32MB bios chips and would like help patching it to MFG mode so I can clear the password.

My Dell Optiplex 3090 bios is locked with admin password. Worst of all, it seems.
Here is my system number 1THQMS3-8FC8.
I don't have the hardware to dump my bios, and I can't pay 400€ to hope to get a password from a guy I don't even know exists. So without conviction I'm wondering if anyone here can help me.
