Need help fault tracing RX580 GPU

    Hey!

I'm working on a Sapphire RX580 Pulse graphics card which has no power. As shown in the picture, the two main B+ fuses are both open. If I measure from the bottom end of the fuses to ground, I get 1.3ohms, which I *think* means I'm reading resistance of the GPU - I'm still very much learning. Ground to output side of Vcore coils shows the same, 1.3ohms. If I inject 1v 2a into the bottom of the fuse, I'm sinking almost the entire 2a into the GPU which is the only visible component on a my thermal camera.

I'm not sure where to go here. I'm tempted to just pull the driver to see if the short goes away but before I do that, I wanted to check in here to make sure I'm not chasing my tail.

    1.3ohm mean u have shorted power stage/mosfet,optimos,.../

Yeah, but I'm wondering, how can I tell if it's one of the power stages or the driver chip? Also, what's a optimos?
