RX Vega 64 - Help Identify Fan Controller IC

Hi guys.

I need help identify U201 on a Vega RX 64. It is the fan controller IC. Its marking is C23 75Z.
What is the actual part number of this IC?

I have TV LG55NANO806 with faulty PSU EAX68248011(1.9)
EAY65169911
PLDK-L812A
3PCR02458A.
Missing standby voltage 13V

PWM controller MDP16R

It's marked on the body.
But I can't find datasheet or identify PWM chip

Maybe somebody came across with this PSU, would you help me.

Trying to identify PWM controller on a Netapp PSU (model ym-2751a) the component on the picture

It must be the PWM controller on a Netapp PSU (model ym-2751a)

Also include a picture where is he location.

I believe it has 7 pins and starts by TOP.
