this is different ic. as i see your chip is regulator, but my chip is comtroller for mosfets. 2 and 5 pin are drivers for mosfet gates. package looks different too

Are you sure it is 2 & 5 for the driver pins and not 2 & 4 ? if it is 2 & 4 it is Likely a Richtek RT8110B

thanks mate, looks like it is. as u wrote pwm pins is 2 and 4. but all 3 ic have low VIN 0.8V, 0.8,V, 1.6V

lool. i forgot to start psu with PS_ON

now have 5V and 3.3V and 12V on VIN. but have 1.6V on VIN for 12V so im gonna search for maybe bad resistor

VIN leads me to mosfet and when poked 12V come to life. so i think cold joint. when resoldering two legs part fall off from the top pin where VIN comes. resolder all other components and psu works as new. thanks guys
