imac 21.5 middle 2014 need help

i need help about this imac !?
I have fresh installed bur when i turn on the backlight not working imediately bit just after 3 or 4 min the backlight working ok, when i see with light i can see logo and operative system and then i need to wait approximately 4 mins to show full backlight

When you open it there are 4 led diodes that showing you a boot status. When its booting up you can see a sequence how diodes lighting up. If any of the diode does not light up then see which one.
IMO you experiencing a problem with backlit board.
