Problem with Asrock ALiveNF7G-HDready mainboard

Hi,
The board is ALiveNF7G-HDready.
It was with Windows XP and i plan to install Windows 10.
On 1 USB i plug my mouse and it doesn`t recognize it.
I change USB port and it work.
I turn it off, but display goes off, but fans continue to work.
Then i unplug it from power.
Then it try to start, but again problems with USB, some restarts and
it stop working.
It only start fans and nothing else.
I remove RAM, but there is no beep from speaker.
Diagnostic card says 75, F0 and stop.
Try with other CPU and other PSU, but the same result.
I remove bios chip and reprogram it with the latest ROM.
Battery was 1,2V and i change it with new one. Also try to reset BIOS
with removing battery and with jumper.
On mainboard there is some mosfets in 2 rows.
First row is with 72T02GH and on their Drain there is 12V.
Other row is with 86T02GH and on their Drain there is 1.1v.
Any ideas how to repair it?

0F means successful 0f before fail.

could be nforce chip. They die all the time. or become unballed

Error code is F0, not 0F.
So, to try to resolder it with my heat station?

Gonna repeat myself over and over again but…

The solder balls under the chip aren't the problem. It's a defect on the chip itself. (see NVidia bumpgate)
Reflowing is a bad idea and there's a risk of creating more problems.
Just heat it with 200°C hot air (no flux) for a minute and a half and see if behaviour changes. If yes, the chip is dead.

I agree, it does sound like the famous "bumpgate" issue. Your nForce chipset is messed up. Reflow time.

Even if you have a bumpgate failure, on a desktop motherboard there is plenty of space to improve the cooling of the affected chipset, which will extend its lifespan. I have a couple boards still running after 3+ years. This is pretty much impossible on laptops due to physical constraints, but on a desktop motherboard fitting a bigger heatsink and adding a fan is very much possible.

The chipsets affected by the bumpgate issue start wearing out above 60C. Keep them under 45 and they will live until you get bored of them.
