Posting here to document a recap of an Asus P5BV-E/SAS full-ATX server board. It's about a decade old, and generally not worth the trouble to recap, except that it has an on-board LSI SAS Raid controller which may be required for legacy reasons.
It was chock full of 1500/6.3 and 820/6.3 KZGs, of which only one at XCE3 next to the PCI slot was visibly bulging. Here are the substitutions I did (for future reference):

The 1500/6.3 FJS and 1500/10 ZLH are mostly interchangeable, I just used what I had in hand.
There are ~10 820/6.3 KZGs which I left alone - near the keyboard connector, PCI slots, Super I/O and Southbridge as noted above. There isn't likely to be significant ripple current or hot air flow near these 10 caps, so I'll deal with them later if needed. For now, the board is POSTing and booting reliably with a Core 2 Duo E6700 and generic PC5300 DDR2 DIMMs.
