    MSI RX 5700XT 5v missing

Hello guys I need a little help here. I'm trying to fix this graphics card regarding it's 5v missing. The card came to me with a shorted buck converter GS9230 (U501) with zero output. I replaced the IC with a new exact same model and the short is gone, but still no output. I checked surrounding components and there seems to be nothing else is at fault as to my knowledge.. I removed coil (L500) to isolate furthermore.

Thinking that the new buck converter could be defective, I decided to replace it again with a new one but same result. This buck converter is a standalone IC which outputs 5v as gate driver and is powered by 12V bus supply (pin22), which meter reads at 11.99v. I also have 5v in VCC (pin21). Enable, pin2 is at 4.8v (not sure if this is correct). What else do I need to check? I uploaded boardview, schematic and image. Hope someone helps. Thanks!

The resistance of the output pins are 9.09 mega ohms.

Another update. Pin20 (BOOT) of U501 has 4.66v. On R624 pin2 is 11.99v but pin1 has 2.7v going to pin6 (TON) of U501. I tried to read the information about this TON pin but I don't fully understand. Based on the site, I should also check the feedback circuitry and found 0v there. Thanks for the reply.
