Possible Bad Surface-Mount Cap on ELSA Gladiac GTS?

Hi (bear with me, I'm new here)

I have an ELSA Gladiac GTS (GeForce2 GTS video chip, 32MB DDR SGRAM, 4x AGP) video card with a single, large surface-mounted capacitor of 1000uf. It doesn't quite look right; the middle of the 'K' is raised up a little bit. I don't see any brand names on it, but I wanted to know if it looked bad to you guys:

I know it isn't a very good picture, I had to use my scanner because I don't have a digital camera. The top isn't flat and smooth like other capacitors of this type. But, if it is bad, how do I replace it?

    Thanks a lot,

    Aaron

[EDIT] I forgot to mention, the card seems to be working just fine. I haven't seen any problems yet. [/EDIT]

Nope, the cap runs relatively cool to the touch. I don't think I've been overheating it, because have fairly good ventilation in my case (especially with my 80mm front fan and huge rear slot fan) and my CPU and case run very cool to the touch.

However, I did get the card second-hand off Ebay not too long ago. I wonder if the previous owner was overclocking the card? Is it possible to pop capacitors by OC'ing too hard? (I personally never overclocked the card, so I wouldn't know in this case.) Strange though, the card continues to work just fine to this day. The top doesn't seem to be building up any further, either.

BTW, is S.I a known bad capacitor brand? I was just asking because I have a PNY Verto GeForce2 MX200 that has a bulged, 220uf 16v cap, branded 'S.I.'. (And yes, I am looking into replacing it.)
