connect pins 2 & 4 to tell the motherboard you have front connectors,
the other 2 sense lines are more of a problem because they are probably for switch contacts on the sockets.
maybe they wont matter and you can choose to have front or rear audio in the o.s.
u are trying to connect an ac'97 front panel audio header to an intel azalia hd audio mobo header. they typically arent supposed to be compatible, because of the front panel jack detection on the hd audio header. so some jumper wiring fockering will be needed to get it to work. fortunately for you, tom's hardware forum already has an answer for this: How to use AC97 front panel audio on a HD Audio motherboard?
they even posted wiring schematic diagrams on how its all connected together.
